Interesting Websites:
i think we should define CONGRESS in the definations
ReplyDeleteI think that we should increase the amount of $100 million to at least $500 million- $1 billion, because online I found out that our city alone spends $67.50 per ton on garbage and litter removal.

under content you should add informing the country about the effects litter has on its environment. Also add if caught fine of 50.00 then if caught a second time then a day of community service.
ReplyDeleteI think the day of community service for one litter is a little severe. It should just be a bigger fine.
ReplyDeletewho supervises the litterers who are doing their community service?
ReplyDeleteI think should have people who litter and are found littering pay a fine of $200 and do one day of community service.
ReplyDeleteA fine is already enforced due to littering, but is most of the time abridged. We should have the bill also make it so that not giving the fine is also illegal.
ReplyDelete...I also think that if a person is found littering more then ones, they should serve three days of community service and pay a fine of $500
ReplyDeleteI think if someone is found littering more then five times they serve a week of community service and if they are found one more time, they are under arrest.
